  • Enrollment Services encompasses the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarships and the Office of the Registrar at Boise State University.

    The Office of Financial Aid provides education, information, guidance and support for students seeking financial assistance at Boise State.

  • Admissions

    Boise State Admissions works alongside prospective students and their families to help them through the application process and enrollment. Last year, Admissions welcomed more than 12,000 campus visitors.

  • Office of the Registrar

    A primary information source on campus, the Office of the Registrar assesses and issues transcripts, assists students with registration issues, schedules classes, updates the course catalog, and organizes commencement.

The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services is responsible for providing leadership for university enrollment management and enrollment information systems as well as coordinating and advancing the areas of Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarships and the Office of the Registrar.

Mission Statement

Members in the division of Enrollment Services work as a team to serve students, support the academic mission of the University, and attain optimal enrollments.

Comprised of the staff in Admissions, Campus Community, Financial Aid and Scholarships and the Registrar’s Office. Enrollment Services team members strive to provide enrollment-related services that are seamless, customer-friendly, student centered and efficient.

The departments work strategically and share resources to meet Enrollment Services’ overall goals. Enrollment Services is an active participant in incorporating the vision of Student Affairs and the University which “embraces and fosters innovation, responsiveness, inclusiveness, accessibility, diversity and effective stewardship.”
